Our Services

We specialize in true creative development for artists, songwriters, and producers, going beyond surface-level feedback to actively shape and refine records in the room. With a deep musical background and fluency in both creative and technical language, we bridge the gap between artistic vision and execution, ensuring every element of a song—lyric, melody, production, and arrangement—serves its highest potential. The song is always the focus, and we act as a tool to bring it to life, guiding creatives with intentional, feeling-driven direction that translates into tangible results—not just abstract notes and opinions.

Beyond creative development, we offer management services exclusively for select clients, combining a deep understanding of deal structures, contracts, and financial opportunities with the ability to leverage key moments into career-defining opportunities. We believe in brand positioning as a strategic asset, ensuring our clients are not just present in the industry but dominant forces within it. Most importantly, we understand the power of “No”—protecting our clients from short-term distractions in favor of long-term success.

Whether in the studio or the boardroom, we operate with the precision, insight, and strategy that define a true A&R and manager—one who doesn’t just suggest ideas but actively builds careers.

Ben Desoto

His work spans a wide range of artists and collaborators — including Teezo Touchdown, Westside Boogie, Social House, Aaliyah’s Interlude, Ellie Goulding, Nija Charles, Eli Derby, Raphael Saadiq, and Alex Isley — balancing the technical demands of major-label releases with the creative sensitivity of independent projects.

Ben is especially focused on preserving the emotional intent of a song while shaping the mix to translate clearly across all playback systems. His approach focuses less on flashy processing and more on intentional balance, spatial awareness, and front-to-back depth — making records feel both intimate and complete.

He’s known for being collaborative and adaptable, able to refine an artist’s sound without flattening its character. His work has earned respect from artists, producers, and engineers alike — including endorsement from the legendary Jean-Marie Horvat, who continues to champion his development.
